Scope & website operator
The Qomla website is operated by 南京真酷网络科技公司, referred to as “we” or “us” in this notice. This notice explains how we handle personal information when presenting our services, work and articles, and receiving and responding to project enquiries.
This notice covers the Qomla website and its enquiry features. Client projects, standalone products such as Qokit, and third-party websites may have their own privacy notices or separately agreed data processing terms.
Information we collect
You can browse public pages without an account. When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide. Required fields help us understand and respond to your request; optional details help us assess the project.
- Required enquiry details: your name, work email address and project brief.
- Optional project details: your organisation, service interests, budget and timeline. An enquiry started from a service page may also include the relevant service.
- Correspondence: additional materials, replies and project communications you choose to share by email or other contact channels.
- Necessary technical information: IP addresses, request times, page paths, browser information and response statuses processed by servers and infrastructure to deliver pages, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.
Purposes & grounds for processing
We use enquiry details to reply, clarify requirements, discuss proposals or estimates, and arrange further conversations if you choose to proceed. The form asks you to confirm that you have read this notice and agree to contact about your enquiry.
You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Where applicable, processing necessary for a contract to which you are a party or a legal obligation relies on the relevant legal grounds. Without required enquiry details we may be unable to respond, but you can still browse public content.
Technical information supports site operation, limits duplicate or abusive submissions, and helps with security and troubleshooting. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Cookies & browser storage
The current pages do not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. The storage below supports website features rather than cross-site advertising profiles.
You can clear or restrict cookies and local storage in browser settings. Clearing the theme preference restores the system setting. Blocking the confirmation cookie may affect the success page, but does not withdraw an enquiry already delivered.
- Theme preference (qomla.theme): local storage remembers light, dark or system mode until you change or clear it.
- Submission confirmation (qk-inquiry-receipt): a random identifier created after successful submission, valid for up to 10 minutes. It contains no name, email address or project brief.
- Authorised preview (qomla_preview): used only with an authorised preview link, for up to 15 minutes, to limit which content can be previewed. Ordinary browsing does not require it.
Service providers & external resources
Hosting, database, email and security providers may be involved in running the website and handling enquiries. Providers acting on our behalf have access only as needed for their service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security requirements. We do not sell enquiry information or exchange it for advertising revenue.
Pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google service domains, which receive the IP address and request information needed to serve the resources. This connection may involve processing outside your country. If fonts cannot load, the page uses system fonts.
External products, client websites and social channels are managed by their respective providers. After following a link, the third party’s notices govern its processing. Please read them before sharing information.
Disclosure & international transfers
Outside providers acting on our behalf, we do not provide enquiry information to independent parties for unrelated purposes. Separate sharing, public disclosure or transfers to overseas recipients require the notices, consent and safeguards specified by applicable law.
Necessary information may be disclosed to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, address security incidents or protect lawful rights. A business transfer involving personal information requires appropriate notice and continued protections by the recipient.
Retention & security
Enquiry information is kept for the shortest period needed to respond, conduct necessary follow-up and meet legal record-keeping obligations. We consider whether an enquiry is active, becomes a client project, involves an unresolved dispute or has a statutory retention requirement. Project contracts, financial records and delivery records follow the relevant agreements and legal requirements.
When the purpose is fulfilled, information is no longer needed or deletion is required, we will delete or anonymise it. Where retention is legally required or deletion is temporarily technically impracticable, processing is restricted to necessary storage and security. You may also request deletion through the channel below.
We use access controls, transport protection and security maintenance appropriate to the risks. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident affects personal information, we will take remedial steps and provide legally required notifications.
Your choices & rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about processing, access or obtain a copy of your information, request correction, completion or deletion, restrict or refuse processing, and withdraw consent. You may request transfer to another processor where legal conditions are met.
Please email us from the address used for your enquiry, include “Privacy request” in the subject, and describe your request and approximate enquiry date. We will ask only for details needed to verify identity and handle the request. Please do not send identity documents, passwords or unrelated materials unsolicited.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If a request cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will explain why and the available remedies. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out beforehand. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority or pursue legal remedies.
Sensitive information & children
This website is intended for business and professional enquiries rather than services for children. Enquiries do not require identity numbers, financial accounts, health information, precise location, passwords or customer databases. Please do not send such materials through the public form, or share others’ personal information without authorisation.
If you believe a child, particularly one under 14, provided personal information without a guardian’s consent, please contact us to investigate and address it. Projects requiring sensitive information should first establish a secure channel, necessity and appropriate safeguards separately.
Updates & contact
We will update this notice and its date when website features or information handling change. Material changes to purposes, methods or information categories will receive prominent notice and renewed consent where required.
For privacy questions, corrections, deletion or other rights requests, contact 南京真酷网络科技公司. Please mark emails “Qomla privacy”. You may also call if email is inconvenient.
